1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Jeet Sikka ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Shani Wattoo, Pakistan. By accessing or using the Jeet Sikka mobile application, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
• You have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
• All information you provide to Jeet Sikka (name, phone number for withdrawals, etc.) is accurate and truthful.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Jeet Sikka is available to users in Pakistan who are 13 years of age or older.
• Each user is permitted to create and maintain only one (1) Jeet Sikka account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation and will result in permanent bans on all associated accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at contact@jeetsikka.app.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion if we believe the account is being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

3. Sikke Coins — Virtual Currency

Sikke coins are Jeet Sikka's in-app virtual currency. By earning and using Sikke coins, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Sikke coins are earned through legitimate in-app activities including: answering daily quiz questions, spinning the prize wheel, playing mini-games (Card Match, Number Blitz, Target Tap, Scratch & Win, 1v1 Duel), completing daily quests, maintaining daily login streaks, watching rewarded video ads, and successful referrals.
• Sikke coins have no monetary value outside of the Jeet Sikka withdrawal system and cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or traded between users.
• Jeet Sikka reserves the right to adjust, correct, or nullify Sikke coin balances at any time in cases of detected fraud, exploitation, or errors.
• Sikke coins expire only upon account deletion or permanent account ban for policy violations.

4. Withdrawal Policy

The withdrawal system allows you to redeem your Sikke coins as real Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa or Jazzcash. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum Withdrawal Threshold: You must accumulate at least 1,500 Sikke coins before you can submit a withdrawal request. This threshold is equivalent to approximately one week of consistent active play.
• Transaction Processing Fee: A flat 5% processing fee is deducted from every withdrawal amount to cover payment gateway costs. For example: a 2,000 Sikke withdrawal yields ₨1,900 equivalent after the 5% fee.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Easypaisa and Jazzcash mobile wallets. You must provide an active and valid mobile wallet number registered in your name.
• Processing Window: Valid withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 hours during business days. Processing may take longer during public holidays or system maintenance windows.
• Identity Verification: We reserve the right to request identity verification documents for withdrawal requests suspected of fraudulent activity before processing payment.
• Fraudulent Withdrawals: Any withdrawal request found to originate from fraudulently earned Sikke coins (bot activity, multiple accounts, exploit abuse) will be rejected and the associated account permanently banned.
• Currency: All withdrawals are denominated and paid in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Sikke-to-PKR exchange rate is determined by Jeet Sikka and may be adjusted from time to time with notice.

5. Fair Play Rules & Prohibited Conduct

Jeet Sikka is a skill-based platform built on fair competition. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account per person is prohibited. Detected multi-account users will have all accounts permanently banned and any earned Sikke forfeited.
• Automation / Botting: Using bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, or any automated software to perform in-app activities is strictly prohibited.
• Emulator Exploitation: Using Android emulators to manipulate game outcomes, bypass ad verification, or gain unfair advantages is prohibited.
• App Modification / Hacking: Decompiling, reverse-engineering, modifying, or tampering with the Jeet Sikka application or its network traffic is prohibited.
• Referral Abuse: Creating fake referrals, self-referrals, or abusing the referral system with fictitious accounts is prohibited.
• VPN Abuse: Using VPNs to manipulate reward outcomes, bypass regional restrictions, or deceive our anti-fraud systems is prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users in the 1v1 Speed Quiz Duel to intentionally lose or win for fraudulent coin gains is prohibited.

Violations of fair play rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all earned Sikke coins, and legal action where applicable.

6. In-App Features — Usage Rules

6.1 Daily Quizzes

Daily quizzes reset at midnight (Pakistan Standard Time). Quiz rewards are credited only for legitimate human-played attempts. Each quiz attempt is limited to the allotted time per question. Scores and rewards cannot be disputed after submission.

6.2 Spin Wheel

The spin wheel operates on a randomized weighted probability system. Outcomes are determined server-side and are final. Additional spins via rewarded ads require genuine ad view completion as verified by AdMob.

6.3 Scratch & Win Cards

Users receive a fixed number of scratch card tickets daily (3 base tickets + optional ad-unlock tickets). Card prizes are determined at the time of card generation by our server. Prizes are non-transferable.

6.4 1v1 Speed Quiz Duel

The 1v1 Speed Quiz Duel involves a simulated matchmaking system. The 20 Sikke winner pot is awarded to the user with the higher score at the end of 3 rounds. In the event of a tie, no pot is awarded. Duel outcomes are determined by our app logic and are final.

6.5 Daily Streaks & Daily Quests

Daily streak bonuses require a genuine in-app check-in each consecutive day. Missed days reset the streak counter. Treasure Chest rewards for completing 3 daily quests are limited to once per calendar day per account.

6.6 Rewarded Video Ads

Rewarded video ad coins (+20 Sikke per view) are credited only upon completion of a full ad view as verified by Google AdMob. Ad availability depends on Google AdMob inventory and may vary by region, device, and time. Jeet Sikka is not responsible for ad unavailability.

6.7 Referral Program

Referral rewards are earned for each genuine new user who registers using your referral code and completes their first qualifying activity. Referrals to accounts that are subsequently banned or identified as fraudulent will not result in reward credits.

7. Account Restrictions

Accounts may be temporarily restricted ("Restricted User" status) or permanently banned for violations of these Terms. Restricted users:

• Are shown a restriction notice within the app.
• Cannot access games, quizzes, or initiate withdrawal requests.
• Can contact us at contact@jeetsikka.app to appeal the restriction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within Jeet Sikka — including the app design, logo, name "Jeet Sikka", game mechanics, quiz content, graphics, animations, and code — is the intellectual property of Shani Wattoo and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Jeet Sikka content without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Jeet Sikka is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We are not responsible for any losses caused by system downtime, server errors, or third-party service failures (Supabase, AdMob, Easypaisa, Jazzcash).
• Jeet Sikka is a reward platform — participation does not guarantee earnings. Sikke coin awards depend on legitimate performance in skill-based activities.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeet Sikka's total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of Sikke coins earned by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, add, or remove features, mini-games, reward amounts, or withdrawal terms at any time with reasonable notice.
• Temporarily or permanently discontinue any aspect of the service for maintenance, legal, or business reasons.
• Adjust the Sikke-to-PKR exchange rate with at least 7 days' advance notice via in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Jeet Sikka shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of Jeet Sikka after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Not a Gambling Platform — Legal Clarification

Jeet Sikka qualifies as a skill-based reward platform for the following legally significant reasons:

• No paid entry: Users do not pay real money to play any game, spin the wheel, or scratch a card. All activities are free to access with a registered account.
• Skill determines outcome: Quizzes, 1v1 Speed Duels, Card Matching, Number Blitz, and Target Tap all reward users based on knowledge, speed, and cognitive skill — not chance alone.
• Free daily rewards (Spin Wheel & Scratch Cards): These are time-gated daily reward mechanisms — similar to a loyalty reward or daily bonus — not paid-entry games of chance. Users receive free tickets without any real-money wager.
• No wagering: Users never stake their own Sikke coins or real money against an outcome. All Sikke coins are earned, not wagered.
• Rewarded ad viewing: Earning Sikke by watching video advertisements is a standard advertising revenue-sharing model, not gambling.

Jeet Sikka is structurally similar to internationally accepted skill-reward platforms and loyalty programs. However, users in jurisdictions with stricter gaming regulations are responsible for understanding their local laws. Jeet Sikka makes no guarantee of legality in jurisdictions outside Pakistan.

14. Tax & FBR Obligations (Pakistan)

Jeet Sikka facilitates real monetary withdrawals to Pakistani mobile wallets (Easypaisa, Jazzcash). Users should be aware of the following regarding Pakistani tax law:

• Income Earned via Withdrawals: Cash received through Jeet Sikka withdrawals may constitute taxable income under Pakistan's Income Tax Ordinance 2001. Users who earn regular income via withdrawals may be required to declare this income in their annual tax return (IRIS — Federal Board of Revenue).
• FBR Registration: If your annual income (from all sources including Jeet Sikka) exceeds the tax-free threshold (currently PKR 600,000/year), you are legally required to file an income tax return with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) at iris.fbr.gov.pk.
• Platform's Role: Jeet Sikka is not a tax advisor and does not withhold income tax on behalf of users. It is the user's sole responsibility to comply with Pakistani tax obligations.
• Easypaisa/Jazzcash Transactions: All wallet transactions are subject to Easypaisa and Jazzcash's own terms, withholding taxes (if applicable), and SBP regulatory requirements.
